Non-quality products (services) are eligible for return within 72 hours of the purchase date. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may NOT return it, regardless of the reason for your dissatisfaction. You can only get a refund if there are real faults in the product (service).
Requesting a refund
To request a refund, please contact us. In your message you should explain what the problem was and why you want to return the product. Include exact time of the transaction, your name and e-mail address. Purchase date can be found in the order confirmation email.
Once your request has been received and confirmed. We will contact you by email to confirm the refund process has been initiated.
Your refund will be credited to the credit card or PayPal account charged during your original transaction. The actual transfer of funds usually takes no more than two weeks. In most cases the refunded amount is available within a few business days.
